SUSAN, A SACK FULL OF CLOTHES AND 25 BOB

I am amazed at how much support we have received and how much we are foreseeing. People really do want to help. The full unit meets on Tuesday next week then we run. A short story….
To get to work from Umoja, usually I have to walk to Donholm stage from about 6:30am in order to be in a mini bus to City Stadium stage and then connet with one to Mombasa rd. In a good 35-45 minutes am in the office. Amazingly, today I was able to notice different things about what people are wearing. Will pick a conversation with one of those guys kesho.
Today seems to have been very slow, but that’s ok. So we are officially on Facebook as THE HANGER PROJECT KENYA. Which is really cool. So we hope to get as much support on that platform.
I had an awesome meeting with our web designer and graphic artist, Susan, and she has just done a serious website job that goes live sometime tomorrow during the day. I have also finished copywriting for the advertising we will have and Susan shall be giving us a preview the same time the site goes up.
The graphics we have are out of this world, and they will be up for display within a week or 2. All our efforts are geared towards the Harvest Fair where we will officially launch the project. We will create an event for our launch at the Harvest Fair, and you can join us. But before then, the ground work still continues.
As we speak, I have a sack full of clothes, and massive support still coming in. I also have KES. 25 cash from a colleague. This is a sign of good things to come. Again, thanks for the support.
Pau
